- Guest files delete after about 30 minutes (5 successful actions per day per IP). Free accounts keep My Files for 1 day; Pro keeps them for 30 days. See our retention policy for details.
- Are my documents private?
- Files are processed to produce your download and are not used as marketing content. Use opaque storage keys and short retention by default.
