  • How long are files kept?

    Guests: about 10 minutes. Free: 1 day in My Files. Pro: 30 days. Signed-in users can delete anytime.

  • Can I delete files myself?

    Yes. Trash holds a file for 12 hours on Free or 7 days on Pro, unless the plan window ends first. Delete forever removes it immediately.

  • Do I need an account?

    No for most tools. Sign up to save longer in My Files, delete on your schedule, and unlock billing features.

  • Privacy & processing
