Refund Policy

Free and guest use of Pdfello has no charges and therefore no refunds. This policy applies when paid subscriptions or one-time paid upgrades are enabled and you have been charged.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from billing settings (or by emailing [email protected]). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless you qualify under “First-charge refunds” below.

If you are charged for a paid plan for the first time and request a refund within 7 days of that charge, and your usage of paid quota during that window is minimal (for example you barely used Pro features), we may issue a full or pro-rated refund at our discretion. Include your account email and invoice ID.

• After substantial use of paid quota or tools in the billing period
• Renewal charges after you had access for most of the period
• Chargebacks for authorized purchases (contact us first)
• Issues caused by unsuitable source files (OCR/conversion quality varies)
• Violations of our Terms (including unauthorized unlock attempts)

Email [email protected] with subject “Refund request”, your account email, invoice/payment ID, and a short reason. We typically respond within a few business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when our processor supports it.
